If you try adding a new account user but get the error: "The e-mail already exists in our system" it means that that user already has an account user on another account with the same email address (eg. test@mouseflow.com).



If you want to add this account user to your account anyway, the user will have to delete their current account user connected to that email address. 


There are 2 ways to do this:


1. The most common occurrence is that they are the Account Owner of an account, and in this case they will have to 

    A. log in to their current account -> 

    B. go into account settings (the email address in the top right hand corner) -> 

    C. go in to account -> 

    D. here they can choose to Delete the user. 



2. If they are just an Account User on an account, they will have to ask their Account Owner to delete their user

    A. log in to their current account -> 

    B. go into account settings (the email address in the top right hand corner) -> 

    C. go in to Users -> 

    D. here they can choose to Delete the user 



Once this is done you will be able to add the user to your own account
