If you encounter an error which says "Could not load recording data" when you open a recording, this error may be caused by certain browser extensions interfering with Mouseflow and preventing you from successfully loading the necessary data.


If you have an adblocker or extensions like Ghostery installed in your browser, it may be necessary for you to temporarily disable such extensions when viewing your Mouseflow recordings.
